TRAFICRON™

Traficron™ is the process for hot dip galvanized steel. The specialized application method and timing, consists of a carefully chosen blend of metal cleaners, sealers, primer, and top coat.

Anti corrosion protection is provided through the hot dip galvanizing process. Traficron™ offers the chemical metal prep to avoid compromising the galvanized substrate. Primer is used to enhance adhesion properties. Finally, top coat provides long lasting attractive high gloss finish of the desired color.

Traficron™-two-component acrylic urethane provides up to ten years life expectancy dependent upon UV exposure for colour and gloss retention.

TRAFICRON™ PLUS

Traficron™ Plus utilizes a flouropolymer technology process that will provide 25+ years of performance in critical areas such as colour retention, film erosion, and chemical resistance; and meets AAMA 2605-98 specification.

Both processes are warranted for adhesion for a minimum period of 2 years. Ask your approved applicator for details.
